Weird and Wonderful

Today is the fifth day of the 31 Days of Halloween Challenge and Blog Hop, sponsored by Smeared Ink and the Smeared and Smudged forum!

To see everyone who is participating in the blog hop, follow the blog roll on the right.  If you're following the blog roll, you probably got here from Sue's blog and will want to proceed to Leslie's blog after you've stopped here!

Today I have another card, entitled Weird and Wonderful.

My original concept for this piece was a very simple thought:  "Something weird in a birdcage." This is the ultimate result of that thought!

The details:
  1. Birdcage—digi stamp from the Bird Cages and Mason Jars set from withwildabandon etsy shop
  2. Curly-Legged Freak--from Freaks set by Red Eowyn
  3. Raven with glasses—from Hampton Art Graphic 45 Time Flies set
  4. Cardstock—Paper Accents
  5. Chalks—unknown maker
  6. Spectrum Noir colored pencils
  7. Kimberly General’s watercolor pencils

  1. They are weird and totally awesome! Love how he hangs from the cage and the fussy cutting time had to make your head hurt! Fussy cutting does that to me but I love it anyway! Such fantastic coloring! Fantastic and wonderful!

    1. You know, it's funny, but I love fuss-cutting! Even as a very small child, I loved cutting out intricate things. :)
